Frequently Asked Questions
How an investigation unfolds, step by step.
How do I hire you for a case?
Taking on a case follows seven steps: an initial contact by phone or email, an initial feasibility assessment, a meeting arranged together, an in-depth evaluation of feasibility and strategy, a clear written quote, the signing of a special power of attorney, then the start of the investigation once 70% of the quote has been paid.
What happens during the investigation?
The agency stays in contact with you to share information relevant to the case. You are kept informed of the investigation's progress; if an extension is needed, a new cost estimate is provided before continuing.
How does a case end?
We arrange a meeting to close the investigation. The remaining balance is settled and an invoice is issued (VAT is deductible for businesses). A summary report detailing our findings is provided to you, electronically or in person, along with any supporting materials (photos, documents) where applicable.
